LifePaths is located in Littleton, Colorado, USA.  At this time, I can only provide counseling to residents of Colorado or Arizona. I am able to take CCHA and Colorado Access Medicaid and the following insurances: United Health Care, Anthem, and Carelon (Carelon includes Kaiser and a small number of Cigna plans).
